Delete your account

You may request deletion of your Askverra AI account and associated data held by Omega ITES Solutions in connection with the service. We will process verified requests in line with this page and applicable law.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@askverra.com from the email address associated with your account if possible, so we can verify ownership.

Please include

• Registered email ID — the address your account uses on Askverra AI.
• Username — your user ID or handle on the service, if you have one.
• Reason for deletion — a short note is enough (optional but helps us improve the product).

Processing time

After we confirm your request and verify your identity where needed, your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 working days (business days, excluding public holidays as observed by our team).

Some information may be retained longer if we must keep it for legal, tax, or security reasons, or in anonymised form for analytics — as described in our Privacy Policy.
