Refund Policy

Effective date: April 29, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and related recurring charges for AskVeera, offered by Omega ITES Solutions (“we”, “us”). By subscribing, you acknowledge this Policy together with our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Summary: AskVeera uses a subscription model. Fees already paid are not refundable (except where the law requires). You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing periods (starting from the next cycle after your cancellation takes effect) unless you subscribe again.

1. Subscription model — no refunds; cancel anytime

AskVeera operates on a subscription model. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period you choose (for example monthly). No refund is applicable to subscription fees already collected—meaning we do not refund amounts for the current or past billing periods, partial periods, unused time within a period, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs—except where mandatory consumer laws apply in your jurisdiction or as we expressly state for billing errors below.

2. UPI, cards, net banking, and other payment methods

If you pay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or another payment method, settlement timings and any reversal to your bank or UPI ID may follow NPCI, bank, and payment-provider rules and published refund timelines. Those timelines are separate from cancellation of your AskVeera subscription in our product. Service-level refund eligibility remains as stated in this Policy and applicable law.

3. Cancellation — anytime; no further charges until you resubscribe

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or account controls available in the Services (or as instructed in your subscription confirmation or account settings). Cancellation does not refund fees already paid for the current period.

  • After cancellation takes effect, automatic renewal stops. From the following billing periods onward, you will not be charged again until you voluntarily subscribe or purchase a new subscription.
  • For the billing period you have already paid for, you may keep access until that period ends according to your plan rules, unless we state otherwise at cancellation.
  • You will not incur charges for months or cycles after cancellation unless you choose to subscribe again.

4. Charge disputes & billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example duplicate charge or amount mismatch), contact support promptly with your account email and transaction details. We will review good-faith billing errors and may issue corrections or credits where appropriate.

5. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country or region (including rights to chargeback or remedy where legally required).

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
