Payment methods and refunds

Subscription charges follow our Refund Policy: fees already paid are not refundable under the subscription model (except where the law requires); you may cancel anytime and will not be charged for future billing periods until you subscribe again. If you pay using UPI, cards, net banking, or another payment method, reversals to your bank or UPI ID may follow timelines set by your bank, NPCI, and your payment provider's rules; that process is separate from cancellation of your AskVeera subscription in our product.
