This Return Policy describes how returns and remedies apply to purchases from Omega ITES Solutions (“Omega”, “we”) in connection with AskVeera and related digital services. It works together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Digital services & software
AskVeera is primarily offered as an online service. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, there are no returns of “used” digital access after delivery of login credentials or activation of a subscription period you have paid for. Cancellation rules for subscriptions are described in our Refund Policy.
2. Physical goods (if applicable)
If Omega offers physical goods in your region, return eligibility, restocking, and shipping costs will be stated at checkout and on your order confirmation. Where mandatory consumer laws grant withdrawal or return rights, those rights apply in addition to this Policy.
