When Omega ships physical items, carrier, estimated delivery window, and any shipping fees will be disclosed before you complete payment. Delivery dates are estimates unless a binding date is expressly guaranteed under mandatory law.

3. Risk and title

Risk of loss for physical goods passes according to the contract of carriage and the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Title passes as stated on your invoice or applicable sale terms.
