These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AskVeera and related websites, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Omega ITES Solutions (“Omega”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid features may require a subscription or other fees as described at checkout or in your account. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period as disclosed. Under our subscription model, amounts already paid are generally not refundable; see our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the controls we provide. After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods (from the next cycle onward after cancellation takes effect) unless you subscribe again.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
  • Use the Services to generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, fraud, harassment, hate, violence, child exploitation, or other harmful content;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, overload systems, or circumvent security or usage limits;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted;
  • Use the Services to train competing models in breach of our policies or agreements.

5. AI-generated outputs

The Services may use artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for evaluating results for your use case. Nothing in the Services constitutes professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) unless expressly agreed in a separate written engagement.

6. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Omega a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to provide and improve the Services, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. Do not submit content you lack rights to use.

7. Our intellectual property

The Services, branding, and related materials are owned by Omega or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate third-party models, hosting, or identity providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMEGA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO OMEGA FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Omega and its affiliates against claims arising from Your Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes

We may modify the Services or these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may require additional notice where required.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Omega ITES Solutions’ place of incorporation or principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.
