Policy & declarations
Effective date: May 8, 2026
Operator: Omega ITES Solutions (“Omega”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Product: Askverra AI (the “Services”), including websites, mobile applications, APIs, and related experiences.
This page brings together platform declarations, permission explanations, AI-specific notices, and limitation statements in one place for transparency and for use in app store and partner forms. Structure and topics align with practices widely used by leading AI assistants and productivity apps (for example, clear separation between operator obligations and user responsibility for outputs). It is not a substitute for legal advice in your jurisdiction.

The following pages are authoritative for their topics:

2. Mobile application & device permissions
Our Android and other native clients may request permissions so the Services can function as designed. Where a permission is optional, the operating system or in-app prompts will describe how you can allow or deny it. Typical declarations include:
- Network / Internet: Required to reach our servers and, where applicable, the live web application loaded inside the app shell.
- Camera: May be used only when you choose features that need camera access (for example capturing an image or barcode for input to the Services). We do not use the camera for unrelated background recording.
- Microphone / audio: Used when you enable voice input, dictation, or similar features you start explicitly.
- Photos, media, and files (including storage permissions on older Android): Used when you attach or import files you select, or when you save exports you request.
Exact permission names depend on OS version and build. Use this page together with your device settings and our Privacy Policy when completing Data safety or App content questionnaires in Google Play Console or other stores.
3. Data practices (summary)
We process account, billing, support, usage, security, and content you submit (such as prompts, uploads, and configuration) to operate and improve the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Automated systems (including machine-learning models) may process inputs to generate responses. Categories, purposes, retention, and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
We use subprocessors (for example hosting, payments, email, analytics, and model providers) under contracts. We do not sell personal data for money in the traditional sense where that is prohibited.
4. AI & automated systems — required disclosures
Askverra AI includes automated and AI-assisted features. By using those features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Outputs are generated: Text, images, code, plans, summaries, or other material produced by the Services are generated by software and statistical models, not by a human reviewer for each request.
- Accuracy is not guaranteed: Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or nonsensical (“hallucinations”). You must independently verify anything important — especially facts, numbers, citations, legal or regulatory statements, medical information, financial decisions, or safety-critical instructions.
- Not professional advice: The Services do not provide medical, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions with health, legal, financial, or similar consequences.
- No warranty on fitness: We do not warrant that any output is fit for a particular purpose, merchantable, or free from infringement of third-party rights.
- Moderation and safety: We may use automated or manual controls to block, filter, or rate-limit content that violates our policies or poses risk. That does not imply that all remaining content is safe, accurate, or appropriate for your use case.
- Third-party models and services: Some features rely on external AI or infrastructure providers. Their availability, behaviour, and terms may change. See our Privacy Policy for categories of recipients.
5. User content, generated output, and “created” work
You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use, publish, or rely on outputs. You represent that you have the rights needed for material you upload or instruct the Services to process.
Askverra AI and Omega ITES Solutions are not responsible for any content, application, software, document, design, business plan, marketing material, or other work product created, suggested, or assisted by the Services, including anything you or a third party deploys to production, distributes to end users, or monetizes. You alone decide whether outputs are suitable for publication or commercial use; you must perform your own testing, compliance checks (including accessibility, privacy, export controls, and sector rules), and intellectual-property clearance.
Nothing on the Services constitutes an endorsement of any user-generated or AI-generated idea, product, or organization.
6. Limitation of liability (high level)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omega and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services or reliance on AI outputs — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Certain jurisdictions do not allow some exclusions; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Full contractual limits, indemnities, and dispute terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
7. Acceptable use & prohibited conduct
You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, generate malware or spam, attempt unauthorized access to systems, harass individuals, build systems that cause harm, or evade our technical or policy limits. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Details appear in the Terms & Conditions.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children below the age where parental consent is required for processing under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children for targeted AI features.
9. Changes
We may update this page to reflect new features, regulatory guidance, or store requirements. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we publish a material update. Continued use of the Services after updates may constitute acceptance where allowed by law.
